Departmental Level IT Contact

You can get in contact with the departmental level IT services as follows:

Sending an Email is in most of the cases a good idea since you can add specific information (copy and paste or screenshots) to provide as much details as possible.

You can also talk to us by phone. The phone is not manned during all of the business hours but your unanswered call will be registered and we are going to call you back as soon as possible or you can leave a message when the answer machine or cell phone voice mail box is jumping in.

Just drop by the office HIL E 24.3 where we can discuss your questions and concerns directly. It's very recommended to make an appointment in prior by email or phone, so someone is around at the time of your arrival and there is enough time reserved to talk trough your topics.

If you intend to visit the ETH Campus Hönggerberg for the first time you may have some obstacle to overcome. We recommend to consult the following official guides:

If you intend to deliver heavy goods with your truck or other heavy rig to the HIL building follow these steps:

• Program your navigation system to find Einsteinstrasse, ETH Hönggerberg (http://map.search.ch/Z%C3%BCrich,Einsteinstr.)
• After reaching Einsteinstrasse you'll find yourself on a bridge bringing you to the campus. Don't drive straight on to the tunnel in front of you but turn right just before the tunnel portal.
• Follow all the signs pointing to Anlieferung 10
• Wen you reach a huge door just drive your truck close enough to the door, it opens automatically
• Drive all the way down and back your truck against the platform, this way it is easy to turn over the goods.
• Now use the wall-mounted phone and call 33069 or 37043 and announce your arrival
