You can get in contact with the departmental level IT services as follows:

Sending an Email is in most of the time a good idea since you can add specific information (copy and paste or screenshots) to provide as much details as possible.

You can also talk to us by phone. The phone is not manned during all of the business time but your unanswered call will be registered and we are going to call you back as soon as possible or you can leave a message when the answer machine is jumping in.

Just drop by the office HIL E 24.3 where we can discuss your questions and concerns directly. It's very recommended to make an appointment in prior by email or phone, so someone is around at the time of your arrival and there is enough time reserved to talk trough your topics.
