Printing - Login with your ETH Card and Choose a device function
This guide shows you how easy it is, to login to a central printer with just a swipe with your ETH Card
1. If printer is asleep wake em up with the Moon Button
2. Swipe your card in front of the ETH CARD Logo (In case you left your ETH Card at home you can also login with your ETH credentials, just follow the login forms shown on the screen)
3. Choose the appropriate section below whether you want to print pending print jobs or use device functions like scanning or copying
Print Pending Print Job
After the easy login-steps explained above, you can now see a list of your pending print jobs (printing jobs sent by you to the eth-card printer. Learn how to connect the eth-card printer on your computer by following this guide: Initially connect the printing queues on your computer).
You can either choose to print all pending print jobs by touch on Print All or if you just want to release a single job you can choose the appropriate task from the list:
Canceling a print job
You can also cancel a print job after you have chosen a specific print job from the pending job list shown above. Just choose the print job you want to cancel from the list, and on the next screen touch Cancel Job.
Use Device Functions (Scanning, Copying)
1. After you have logged in with a swipe with your ETH Card as explained above, choose Use Device Functions on the screen
2. On the next screen you have to confirm your personal information, for this touch OK
3. Choose either Scanner or Copier with the appropriate hardware buttons on the left side of the screen or use the Home button (with the house icon on it) and choose the function on the touch screen:
